Q 3. Where will I find the 13-digit code?
You will find the 13 Digit alphanumeric code on the pack/ along the pack.
Q 4. How many times can I participate in the campaign?
A maximum of one voucher can be used per person, per mobile number, per email id, and per account per week up to a maximum of 5 (Five) vouchers during the promotion period.

You can use Paytm cash across Paytm ecosystem via the app or by visiting their website www.paytm.com
Q 10. How much Cashback will I receive?
On the purchase of offer pack, you will receive a cashback of Rs 15.
Q 11. When will I receive my cashback?
After completing two steps as mentioned in Q5, you will receive your cashback within 48 business hours, if all the details provided for UPI/Paytm are accurate & meet the required criteria. Cashback once processed, will not be reprocessed in any case whatsoever.
Q 12. My Paytm account is not KYC verified will I get Paytm wallet cash through this offer?
Where the Participant(s)’ Paytm account is not KYC verified, the Participant(s) must submit documents for KYC verification as required by law and Paytm within timelines specified by Paytm from time to time shall get such Paytm account KYC verified to be eligible for Offers.

The campaign is valid till in selected cities for cashback, till stocks lasts.

Q 15. What happens if I enter wrong UPI-ID?
In case you enter the wrong UPI ID, the transaction will fail. Once the UPI ID is entered while redemption, it cannot be changed. No emails / calls regarding change of UPI ID will be taken into consideration.
Q 16. Do money transfers happen on UPI only during banking hours?
All payments are instant and 24/7, regardless of your bank's working hours.
Q 17. Does customer need to have a bank account or this can be linked to a card or wallet?
Earlier customer was allowed to link only bank accounts, now customer can link PPI Wallets as well in UPI.
Q 18. Will I be able to use UPI across all Mobile platforms?
UPI is available on Android and IOS platform.
Q 19. When will customer receive the money after UPI transaction?
Upon verification, the customer will receive the cashback within 48 business hours in their Bank Account. If all the details provided for UPI/Paytm are accurate & meet the required criteria. Cashback once processed, will not be reprocessed in any case whatsoever.
Q 20. Can the UPI ID be changed?
Once the UPI ID is entered while redemption, it cannot be changed. No emails/calls regarding change of UPI ID will be taken into consideration.
